Who is Anders?

I live together with lovely Malene with whom I have two sweet and lively kids, a boy and a girl. We live close to the forest just north of Aalborg, and we love to be apart of the local sports club.

SInce 1999 gymnastics have been a huge part of my life. My relationship with gymnastics started much earlier, however, the two years at Dejbjerglund Efterskole really ignited my love with gymnastics. In 2005 I significantly improve both my coaching and performance skills in the art of gymnastics with a stay at “Gymnastikhøjskolen i Ollerup”.

I am inspired by and really love to learning new things. I like to learn new theoretical subject as well as learning new physical skills. This urge to learn and challenge myself have led to that I have tried to learning various stuff as, sailing, kayaking, mountain biking, “high” diving, making videos, homepages ect. I am an analytical and nerdy person why I often dig into the theory in learning new stuff, that is why I own several books on the physics of sailing.
